Kadra McQueen Wright
CEO/Lead Speech-Language Pathologist
Greetings! I am Kadra McQueen Wright, owner of The WRIGHT THERAPY Group. I'm a 2-time South Carolina State University graduate, with a bachelor's degree and master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology. I have been employed as an SLP in multiple settings and have enjoyed them all. I have a strong dedication to supporting speech and language development during the formative years and leveraging augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) to bridge developmental language delays. I am committed to educating professionals, parents, and anyone who can positively impact any child while supporting the development of language skills in children with typical and atypical developmental patterns. My mission is to meet the needs of families and help children thrive through dedicated speech and language services.
Fun facts: I have an identical twin sister and we have different birth dates. I'm a plus-size cycler, my longest ride has been 62 miles.
Latara Armstrong
Speech-Language Pathologist
Hello, I’m Latara Armstrong. I earned my M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from Francis Marion University and a B.S. in Exercise Science from the College of Charleston. For the past four years, I’ve been working as a speech-language pathologist (SLP), supporting children with a variety of communication disorders, including challenges with language, articulation, and fluency. I’m passionate about using evidence-based strategies and working closely with parents and professionals to help each child communicate effectively and consistently.
Fun fact: I have an identical twin sister, and I’ve set a goal to visit a different country every year—three down, 192 to go!
Tinaya McRae
Speech-Language Pathologist
Hi, I’m Tinaya McRae, and I hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from Francis Marion University. Since May 2023, I’ve been working as a speech-language pathologist in early intervention with Palmetto Early Beginnings LLC. My passion lies in helping children, and I find joy in guiding parents to understand the importance of communication and celebrating even the smallest victories. Watching children grow and progress through therapy inspires me to continue making a difference in their lives.
Fun facts about me: I’m a huge fan of cheese, and I absolutely love The Golden Girls!
Monica Murdaugh
Speech-Language Pathologist
Hello, I’m Monica Murdaugh, and I hold both a BA and MA in Speech Pathology from South Carolina State University. With 36 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist (SLP), I’ve had the privilege of helping children make incredible progress and supporting the elderly in recovering or maintaining their speech and language abilities. My passion lies in making a meaningful impact on people’s lives through communication.
A fun fact about me: I’m always up for a wild adventure! Whether it’s zip-lining or skydiving, I love pushing the limits and embracing excitement.
Raven Williams
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
Greetings! I’m Raven Williams, and I hold a BA in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance from the College of Our Lady of Elms. I’m deeply passionate about helping others reach their goals, and as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant, the greatest reward for me is witnessing the success of the individuals I’ve had the privilege to support.
Fun fact: The only person who calls me "Boot" is my dad!

Hi, I’m Kellyson Poe, I hold a Doctor of Education from Capella University. With over 20 years of experience in the field of education, I am deeply passionate about empowering others. Whether it’s through offering guidance, and support, or simply being present when needed. I’m driven by the belief that every individual has the potential to overcome challenges and achieve greatness. I strive to make a positive, lasting impact through even the smallest acts of kindness.
I am a proud cancer survivor, who is committed to inspiring others to face life’s obstacles with strength and resilience. On a lighter note, I love to joke around and keep things fun!

Hello, I am Destenye Robinson. While studying at the University of South Carolina-Aiken, I discovered my love for leadership and management. I am an outgoing and energetic professional who is passionate about helping others. My approach to every situation is with optimism, a "glass full" perspective. Over the years I have been employed in leadership roles where I developed my expertise in managing finances, communicating effectively with employees and customers, analyzing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing comprehensive financial reports.
Fun facts about me: I enjoy baking to relax and I am a TikTok Influencer.
Fredricka Owens
Operations Manager
Greetings, my name is Fredricka Owens. I’ve been a Medical Assistant for 14 years, trained at Sanford Brown in both medical assisting and diagnostic medical sonography (DMS). I have a deep passion for helping others, especially children, and believe in the power of compassion and creating positive, nurturing environments.
My faith in Jesus Christ guides me, especially in my role as a wife, mother of four, and grandmother to six. Family is my greatest joy, and living with purpose and love is at the heart of everything I do. I strive to make a positive difference and encourage others to pursue their passions and live authentically.
A fun fact about me is my love for dancing, especially salsa, bachata, and kizomba. Dancing brings me joy, allowing me to recharge and connect with the rhythm of life.

Hi, I'm Andreona Myers. I hold a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from South Carolina State University and a Master of Education in Early Childhood Special Education from Grand Canyon University. I have 11 years of experience working with school-age and pediatric populations providing speech therapy services,
I am passionate about using my God-given talents to make a difference in others' lives. I truly enjoy what I do and am grateful for the opportunity to serve my clients and their families. Outside of work, I enjoy crocheting, love animals, and have a deep passion for traveling and nature!
